Service computing has contributed to creating many value-added services on the Web and initiates new services for recent hot issues such as Internet of Things(IoT), Artificial Intelligence, Communication, Brain-Machine Interface (BMI), etc.Fusion of the technologies as service will give very great impact to both science/engineering and human life.

In this sense, the Service Computing Research Society of IEICE will hold a research presentation meeting on the issues focused on Service Computing generals together with IoT, Data Analytics on Big Data Centers.
And topics of intelligent communication systems including machine learning, brain machine interface, wireless communication, signal processing for information communication and other general topics are welcome.

We consider some service computing issues the challenge such as composite services, functional/non-functional properties, intelligent composition of services, applications of service on several service domains, SLA management, and policy (usage type, amount of usage of services between providers and users).

Also, theory, algorithm, application, and any suggestion on system to process any kind of data such as IoT, image, signal, text, and Bio-Medical domain on clouds and big data infrastructure are welcome too.

Another workshop (WEIE) will be co-located, and we accept topics on BMI, wireless communication system, and general signal processing system.
