The global bifurcation structure of the Hodgkin-Huxley-type equation of a ventricular myocardial cell is analyzed by varing the maximum conductances of ionic channels as a bifurcation parameter.
From the results, we investigate the sensitivity of stationary membrane potential to various ionic channels or the sensitivity of cell membrane potential to drugs that effect on various ionic channels of a ventricular myocardial cell. |
