This paper describes the experimental study on the characteristics of DC-DC converter using thermoelectric conversion energy. For a comparison , the characteristics of DC-DC converter using regulated DC power supply is also shown. From the result , it was found that the output characteristics of the low voltage start-up DC-DC converter using thermoelectric energy conversion is near the practical use for SRAM and RTC back-up power supply. |
