| (in English) | A zero-chirp and compact 10Gb/s LN modulator was developed. With using low-loss bend waveguide, a small LN chip with a length of only 15 mm-1/4 of the conventional size -was achieved. Zero-chirp operation was achieved by introducing domain inversion. | |
