Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We examine the method that restore the movement of the camera and the shape of the environment from optical
flow estimated by the dynamic scene which is taken by the camera mounted on a car that goes straight.
The reliability function that evaluates the quality of optical flow is needed because the accuracy of presumption
of the camera movement and shape of environment is according to the accuracy of optical flow.
In this text, it proposes the reliability function that considers time brightness inclination information to the
reliability function of the optical flow obtained according to the past, spatial brightness inclination.
When experimenting to thin out the presumed optical flow by using the reliability function,
it was shown that the performance of the reliability function went up by considering time brightness inclination information.
Afterwards, it is experimented that the camera movement is presumed from optical flow in a synthetic image to which the camera movement was known beforehand.
Then, it is confirmed that thinning out by the reliability function improves the presumption accuracy.
