EDCA Parameter Optimization for Throughput Improvement in Layer-2 Mesh Networks

(in English) In this paper, we apply optimized prioritization parameters for Layer-2 mesh networks, in which access points communicate with each other using the CSMA/CA 802.11 protocol. AIFSN and CWmin, which are defined as the parameters in 802.11e protocol for QoS service control, are configured in order to prevent buffer overflow in Layer-2 mesh network. A guideline for static parameter setting is also discussed.
