Examination of quantitative evaluation method using electrical characteristics for properties diagnosis of skin

(in English) The skin trouble like the atopic dermatitis becomes a major social issue recently. However it is not easy to diagnose the skin trouble only by a qualitative evaluation such as the ocular inspection and the palpation. It is useful to diagnose and treat of the skin trouble that skin characteristic is evaluated by a quantitative evaluation non-invasively. The subjects were grouped in 6 categories with their sexuality and state of the skin. The skin impedance was measured in the forearm by the 3-electrode method and the frequency characteristics were examined by the automatic balanced bridge method using a precision LCR meter. The measurement results were analyzed by the principal component analysis and t authorization. We indicated to distinguish the state of the skin by the measurement value of skin impedance non-invasively.
