Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) For making Power Line Communication (PLC) practical, it is critical to comprehend parameters of power line. In this paper, we measured the leaked electric field from simplified power line model and the high-frequency conduction characteristics, such as LCL, common mode current and common mode impedance. As a result, it is shown; (1) there is a good correlation between LCL and the leaked electric field, (2) the addition of branch lines improves LCL instead of deteriorating it, (3) the LCL value in Europe and USA can be applicable in Japan because the influence by unbalanced–length feed lines for lights becomes dominant and the grounding at the pole-mounted transformer can be neglected.
