| (in English) | We tested a series about a Simultaneous Switching Noise(SSN) by influence of the parasitism inductance that a package had and relevance with an EMI level. The package used QFP and CSP. The package compared EMI at the time of an I/O circuit and core circuit movement with comparison of SSN at the time of I/O circuit movement with QFP and CSP. SSN had a bigger one of QFP that parasitism inductance was big than CSP, but the trend which shrank adversely was observed in EMI. We suppose that this reduces EMI by a filtering effect by inductance of a package. | |
