Development of the apparatus for indicating of optimum exercise training rate and its applications

(in English) We have developed and designed apparatus for indicating of exercise under optimum quantity based on the training rate. The training hart rate is calculated from the equation of Karvonen. The hart rate is in this apparatus. The graphing is possible by forwarding to personal computer. A few results of the preliminary application of this apparatus to human beings are presented.
