Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In recent years, when getting safety information in an emergency and information for navigate vessels in the inland sea, network traffic congestions and/or physical troubles are likely to occur. One of the problems for such congestions is that narrow band lines are still in use in such situations. The use of mobile agent is a method which enables to transmit data even in such improper conditions. Hence, focusing on the function to retransmit mobile agent, we conduct computer simulations and derive the formula with introducing the number of migration times traveling all servers in unstable communication environments. The simulations and the derivation provided the results that we can determine whether a mobile agent being set by users could travel all servers or not, and confirmed that the ability of mobile agent in correcting information can be enhanced by setting the retransmission period of a mobile agent to the average time for its migration between two stations.
