Power factor-corrective circuit without sine-wave reference

(in English) As the limits for harmonic current emission was enshrined into law and many countries started to adopt it. So with the power supply of the electrical and electric equipment under 75 watts, power factor correction has been adopted for various equipments. The control circuit of the power factor correction has various suggestions of numerous current modes; however, inductor current continuation mode has mainly been utilized. However, this inductor current continuation mode changes the input current into sine wave. Therefore, sine wave reference has to be created depending on the input voltage and it has to be controlled and compare the voltage of the sine wave reference with input current to keep it sine wave. However, on this paper, a new method of changing input current into sine wave without defecting input voltage is suggested. This enables to decrease the parts of power factor correction, decrease the loss of the resister required for a voltage detector, and realize the effective and reasonable control circuit of power factor correction.
