我々は睡眠の体温調節機能に基づく睡眠覚醒リズムのモデルと結合位相振動子系からなるヒトサーカディアンリズムのモデルを構築してきた．前者は振動子のダイナミクスを含んでおらず後者は位相のみのダイナミクスしか予測できない．換言すれば互いに相補的な特徴を有していることになる．そこでこれらを統合してダイナミックに外的環境が変化する場合にも生体リズムの振舞いが予測できるモデルを構築した．その結果を報告する． |

Sleep-wake rhythms are considered to be controlled by the mutually interacting two oscillators, one for suprachiasmatic(SCN) oscillator, and the other for non SCN oscillator. We have developed two different mathematical model of human sleep-wake rhythms:one is the phase dynamics model of human circadian rhythms, and the other is the thermoreulatory model of sleep control. A phase dynamics model and thermoregulatory model are mutually complementary. The former cannot provide amplitude information such as temperature and sleepiness, and the latter can work only under the externally entrained conditions. We try to integrate them by mapping the phase dynamics onto the oscillators of the thermoregulatory model. The behavior of integrated model is shown in this paper. |
