A Study on Symbol Synchronization of MB-OFDM UWB System

(in English) In this paper,we consider a symbol synchronous acquisition method suitable for MB-OFDM UWB system which has been proposed by MBOA.The correlation characteristic is firstly acquired if it lets synchronization sequence in the PLCP preamble pass to a matched filter.A synchronous
acquisition method,then,is then proposed by using the correlation characteristic and IIR filter.
In addition,we describe Maximal Ratio Combining which acquired
a frequency diversity gain suitable for MB-OFDM UWB system.
Lastry,we compute evaluation of the BER characteristic in terms of the proposed method under an UWB multipass channel model in order to show the validity.
