Quasi-far Field Estimation by Using Equivalence Theorem
Hiroaki Nakada, Kuniyuki Motojima (Gunma Univ.)
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this paper, a new method for quasi-far field estimation from near-field data is proposed.
Equivalence electromagnetic currents are assumed as wave sources by using the equivalence theorem.
And they are applied to vector potential and Green's function for obtaining the quasi-far field.
The formulas are derived for numerical calculation.
In order to verify this method, it is compared with the results by using the FDTD (Finite Difference Time Domain) method in all over the calculating space.
Applying this method to measurement of the electro magnetic immunity, the measurements data under CISPR regulation can be predicted without large computation time.
