Both parasitic capacitance of land patterns and parasitic inductance of GND patterns significantly affect frequency properties. Therefore, simulation data, which is obtained using only S-parameter provided by manufacturers, does not match actual measurements. To approach the issue, this paper proposes a design method of high-accuracy microwave circuit having chip components. As it has been verified by experiment and simulation, the method enables to incorporate the effects of both parasitic components of land patterns and GND patterns. |
