| (in English) | It has been nearly ten years since the “regional computerization” was proposed. During this decade, the digitalized infrastructure building in Shikoku has made steady progress, though leaving much to be improved. At present, in Japan, various factors, such as a low birthrate, aging society and environmental problems trigger the changes of social structure/systems. Namely, we are facing a big change in communities and businesses. Living in a new society of “information society”, it is indispensable for the local people to be concern about their communities, to make plans and to participate community-building for establishing a coming community. Therefore, it is an issue in the future how to utilize “information-communication technology “(ICT). | |
