Development of noninvasive measurement method of blood hematocrit and oxygen saturation based on photoplethysmography

(in English) Noninvasive measurement methods of hematocrit and oxygen saturation were developed using near-infrared photoplethysmography. We are selected three wavelengths (805,940,1300nm). The two isosbestic wavelengths 805/1300nm are to measure Hematocrit and 805/940nm to measure oxygen saturation. The high accurary of the sensor was demonstrated with human subjects.
