We are developing the ubiquitous plant house for observational learning in science education. This house can emulate remote environment according to measured data from remote site via the Internet. This system offers a new observational learning style in science education. For example, students can compare differences plant growth between here and remote environment.
We are implementing the hardware of the prototype system. This system emulate temperature and humidity of the remote site. After finish the implementation, we are going to implement software and data collection functions. |
