| (in English) | e-Japan strategy haｓ accelerated up realization of a digital society. The digital society ideals revolve around the highest principles of society, economic development, freedom, equality, and safety. To realize these ideals and make full use of digital technology convenience and efficiency, it is necessary to balance credibility and reliability with increased freedom and at the same time ensures the copyrighting and protecting of individual information. In this respect, it is important that technologies, market mechanisms, social norms and legislative systems should be fully synchronized. Analyzing digital rights management technology from the technology and market perspectives, we propose the governance of digital society for the new digital rights management system as a new style of cooperation beyond the present fields or specialties. | |
