| (in English) | Video-on-Demand delivery can be considered one of the very important services in recent networks. There are mainly three existing methods to distribute streams. One is unicast streaming by a centralized server; another is distribution with IP multicast routers, the other is delivery using ALM. However, large scale on-demand video deliveries cannot realized via these method. In this paper, we proposed a large scale on-demand video distribution method over P2P network using the Chaining scheme. With this method, stream receivers obtain video data from other users. Users dynamically search other users, who have the required data, when they request controlling video plays. We compared performances of existing methods and the proposed method. It is demonstrated that the proposed method outperforms the existing methods． | |
