Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The firing squad synchronization problem on cellular automata has been studied extensively for more than forty years,
and a rich variety of synchronization algorithms have been proposed. In the present paper, we give an algorithm can synchronize
any three-dimensional array of size $m \times n \times \ell$ in optimum $m + n + \ell + $max$(m, n, \ell) - 4$ steps.
