A Consideration on Interference Suppression Using Spectrum Shaping Coded Spreading Sequence in DS-UWB Radar

(in English) Recently, ultra wide band (UWB) system has much attention as vehicle radar system, since it can measure the distance to the target with high precision.
UWB system suffers interference from narrow band system, since it has ultra-wide bandwidth.
In this paper, We propose interference reduction schme for DS-UWB using spectrum shaping coded spread sequence.
We compare proposed scheme with conventional scheme by computer simulations, using the error of ranging as the comparison criterison.
We show its improvement compared with the conventional system.
