High Reliability Flooding Algorithm with Energy Consumption Reduction by Reducing Redundant Reception in Sensor Networks

(in English) We propose a flooding algorithm that reduces the energy consumption of the node and maintains high reliability in RBP(Robust Broadcast Propagation)
by reducing redundant reception where explicit ACK (explicit ACKnowledgement)
is used to only important links and any ACKs (implicit ACK and explicit ACK) are not received when the number of ACKs reaches the threshold.
Our simulation results show that the proposed scheme reduces the energy consumption, and maintains equal reliability,
thus, compared to that in RBP even if the number
of average neighboring nodes increases.
