| (in English) | It intended that tacit knowledge in the movie that records expert users’ or novice users’ technique is changed into explicit knowledge. Then we developed the system that knowledge could be discovered and shared cooperatively in the organization based on the SECI model. We made the comparison experiment with the bulletin board to confirm whether this system is effective to the discovery of practical knowledge. As a result, we report that on the effect that the practical knack was able to be detected in the collaborative work. | |
