Change of Transmission Distance for Close UHF Passive RFID Tags

(in English) Approach of UHF band RFID tags will produce an electromagnetic interference. Then, the electric power loss by mismatching with tag IC occurs by change of the antenna impedance of a tag, and, as a result, transmission distance decreases. The technique of showing clearly by which transmission distance shall be restricted between downlink and uplink from the distance dependence between tags was proposed. It is thought that this is effective as the experimental verification technique for performing the design which maintains going up of the tag at the time of tag proximity and the balance of transmission distance from which it gets down, and the design technique which reduces the decrease of the transmission distance at the time of tag proximity.
