Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) This paper presents a study for the 8th harmonic signal generating push-push oscillator.A proposed push-push oscillator generates the 8th harmonic signal of the 51GHz using X-band HEMTs.By using the proposed output circuit connected to the microstrip ring resonator, the desired the 8th harmonic signal is enhanced selectively. The oscillator is simple circuit configuration adopting low cost microwave devices. Therefore, this oscillator is very promising method to generating millimeter wave signals.
