| (in English) | By using the even-odd mode method, a micostrip parallel-coupled dual-mode square ring resonator is analyzed based on its transmission line circuit. Formulas relating the circuit impedances and the reflection zeros, the transmission zeros, and the 3dB-bandwidth are derived, and are verified by using a circuit simulator and an electromagnetic simulator. The obtained formulas are further applied to design a compact wide-band bandpass filter having a sharp passband skirt and a very wide stopband. | |
