During software development, it is important that quality requirements are appropriately defined and managed. Managing the outline of quality characteristics of software in the early stage contributes to resolving several problems of quality requirements. We propose a technique for extracting the outline of the quality requirements in a requirements document written in natural languages. The outline is extracted based on the relationships between sentences in the document and quality sub-characteristics defined in ISO9126. In this paper, we introduced TCM (Term-Characteristic Map) to improve this technique more objectively, and evaluated its effectiveness. |
