| (in English) | A Traffic Control System using a control center is proposed for a network. However, some networks are managed by networks connected to public switched telephone networks and VoIP networks, for example. Therefore, adequate incoming and outgoing traffic control using existing Traffic Control Systems is difficult. We proposed Traffic Control System cooperation between networks and showed it is useful. | |
