The maximum value of radiated emission must be measured at a distance of 10m by the CISPR publications. However, the test facilities which can measure at a distance of 10m are too expensive. Therefore, methods have been studied to estimate radiated emissions at a distance of 10m from the measured data at a distance of 3m. The conventional estimation method considered with three components of current vectors and this need much estimation time. In this report, we propose the estimation method considering with current and magnetic-current sources, and this method can reduce the estimation time because the estimation parameters reduces from nine to five. The majority decision method was employed for reducing the estimation error by the local minimum solutions. The electric field at a distance of 10m was estimated to confirm the validity of the method. The imitated equipment was used instead of the EUT and the bi-log antenna was used as a receiving antenna. The output revels of the antenna at a distance of 3m were calculated by the method of moment, and they were used for the estimation. The estimating electric field strength at a distance of 10m was compared with the calculation results by the method of moment. The results indicated that the estimation time decreased two thirds, the deviation between the estimation value and the calculation value was 7 dB for the horizontal polarization and 10 dB for vertical polarization, and the method of majority decision did not improve the estimation accuracy. |
