Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this paper, we present a method to utilize automatically collected labeled data for improving sentiment classification with statistical classifiers.
Labeled training data is essential in machine learning based NLP, and several methods have been proposed so far for automatically collecting labeled data.
However, such data may contain errors and may not be directly used as training data.
We propose an instance weighting method using label confidence for coping with the problem.
Experimental results showed that the method can improve the performance of sentiment classification using an automatically collected labeled data.
