| (in English) | As a general trend, convenience tends to be sacrificed by security, not many mobile phone users activate security functions. Although we have proposed a server assisted secure file system for mobile phones, the system was unavailable in the subway trains where the network access is intermittently available. In this paper, we show a caching mechanism that improves availability of the file system by tolerating an increase of the risk of information leakage. We also show the way to minimize the risk of the information leakages and maximize the availability by adjusting the synchronization time based on the experiment result conducted in subway. |
