Improving the traction is always the issue of a electric locomotive. It is said that the pitching of the bogie truck can prevent the hauling force .Up to now Morita Lab has researched the structure consists of the bogie truck which used in 60 years after the war .The result shows the structure of the truck tends to cause the truck pitching. On the other hand, with the rapid advance of the control technology, it is difficult to learn the practical sequence control in college education. In this paper, we use a 5-inchs truck and electric locomotive which is made by us on a model. By the experiment to improve the traction under the condition of 25‰ gradient, We wrote the valuation report about truck pitching and traction in series and parallel connection. Furthemore we extended and improved automatic train operation system by PLC and used the touch panel so that we can visualize the sequence control. |
