In this paper, we evaluate dual-hop non-regenerative OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) relay systems without FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) /IFFT (Inverse-FFT) processes at relay node to reduce complexity and processing delay. Aiming at maximizing the achievable rate, we propose optimal power allocation method to each subcarrier of the source node and the whole subcarrier of the relay node. As a result, higher transmission rate of the proposed system can be achieved by the method that more power should be allocated to weaker channels and more power to the source node. |
