| (in English) | In the human-machine system, undesired system damages are caused by not only unintentional events but intentional events. A convinced event is an intentional human behavior on the anticipated effects. Lies are typical convinced human behaviors and bring about either undesired or desired effects. In this paper, psychological causes of convinced behavioral events are studied. Finally, service system failures on direct conversation from mind to mind and on startled processes are discussed. | |
