Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this study, we have generated droplets by using a torsional bolt-clamped Langevin-type transducer and a micropore plate. First, we have generated droplets in the air by using water, dodecane and some types of silicone oil which have different viscosity. When the pore diameter, the vibrational amplitude, and the resonance frequency were 18$ \mu $m, 0.96$ \mu $$m_{p-p}$, and 55kHz, the average diameter of water droplets and standard deviation of the diameter were 30$ \mu $m and 0.98, respectively. In addition, O/W emulsions whose coefficient of variance was under 5% were obtained in air-liquid phase and liquid-liquid phase.
