Piezoelectric properties of the hydrothermal (K,Na)NbO3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics

(in English) (K,Na)NbO3 is considered as alternative for PZT, because of its good piezoelectric properties. In this study, (K,Na)NbO3 ceramics were sintered from mixed KNbO3 and NaNbO3 powders prepared by the hydrothermal reaction. Hydrothermal reaction enables to produce high quality ceramics powder. To make (K1-xNax)NbO3, these two powders were mixed and then sintered. And then, (K1-xNax)NbO3 ceramics was confirmed sintering solid solution from X-ray diffraction and evaluated the piezoelectric properties to optimize composition of K/Na in (K1-xNax)NbO3. Optimized composition was (K0.48Na0.52)NbO3 and it showed excellent piezoelectric properties; $k_{33}$=0.56,$ \epsilon $_{33}T/0= 207, c33E=45GPa, d33=114pm/V,Qm=74.
