| (in English) | In order to improve patient service in an inter-regional association medical network, it is an important subject to cooperate patient referral information between a clinic and a core medical institution. However, the handling systems of the letter of introduction differ at each clinic, and this point means being the hindrance of the medical cooperation in an area. Then, we propose the method of the cooperation system which can construct the system in the hospital of an introduction place according to the functional requirements for the existing introduction origin instead of constructing a new letter-of-introduction system. | |
