Kei Ogasawara, Masaki Omata, Atsumi Imamiya (Univ. of Yamanashi)
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In recent years, it is general to work with multiple on-screen windows for a task. In such a situation, a user needs to reopen multiple windows when the user resumes the task. This paper proposes a task resume support system that groups windows using status histories of windows. This system allows users to quickly resume task and quickly switch task. Additionally, we conducted an experiment to look into the feasibility of the system. The results show that our system is feasible because the predictive accuracy by the z-value within the status of window was 85.7%.
