Study of Energy Storage Devices for Space Applications

(in English) The research and development of Space Activity such as the moon exploration etc. has been emphasized recently. The durations of day and night are respectively for about 14 days, and, meanwhile, surface temperature of the moon is changed from +120℃ to -200℃. Especially, the power supply technology for the survival of equipment at nighttime is a big issue. The research and development of the super-high energetic density lithium-ion battery and the regenerative fuel cell is indispensable. In this document, the outline and the current status of the research and development of these power storage devices.
