Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Miniaturization of motors is required because the electric devices are also becoming smaller. In the previous work, a motor with diameter 1.5mm and length 12mm has been developed. In this paper, we develop and evaluate two motors with diameters 0.8mm and 0.3mm, which can rotate at 1600rpm and 5000rpm, respectively.
