[Invited Talk] Road to Lamb Wave Research from Surface Acoustic Wave Research.
Yasuhiko Nakagawa (Univ. of Yamanashi.) US2009-117
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The author was engaged in the research on a nonlinear phenomenon of the surface acoustic wave, and clarified ten kinds of nonlinear phenomena. In addition, Ta2O5 piezoelectric thin film that was a new ferroelasticity and ferroelectricity crystal was discovered. Afterwards, the Lamb wave type elastic wave device substrate of the super-high stability frequency temperature characteristic was discovered. The opinion is expressed about the attitude to the experience and the research obtained by the process from the elasticity surface wave research to the ram wave research.
