The purpose of this study is to make clear the suppression effect and invasiveness for the near electromagnetic field by the conductor or the magnetic material put on the PCB. The suppression effect and invasiveness by the copper plate, the ferrite plate and the composite material pasted the copper and ferrite plates together are discussed by the measurement and FDTD analysis implemented in the complex relative permeability. When the complex permeability $\mu_r'$ and $\mu_r''$ of the ferrite are varied from 10 to 50, the $\mu_r'$ is related to the suppression amount, and $\mu_r''$ is to magnetic field distribution above the edge of the ferrite plate. The suppression amount by the ferrite and composite suppression material at 100~MHz is larger than that of the copper. The invasiveness for the near electric field by the FDTD is calculated. As the ferrite plate is passed the copper plate turn the PCB, the influence for the near electric field can be decreased. |
