Usually, sliding contact action is used to supply current to a rotating or a moving or a moving object. In addition, it is used in various industry. Actually, it is impossible to measure with observation of electricity spot (a-spot). In this paper, we examined the heating and dynamic to affect the contact spot by an experiment and analysis. As for both of the experiment and FEM analysis the transformation was observed in contact surface as dynamic examination. Moreover, the temperature distribution of the contact materials in contact area is confirmed by generation of heat in contact spot. We focused the temperature under stress in real contact area. |
