| (in English) | In circuit design, the stripline structure which has three layers, with a signal trace in the middle layer and the upper and lower layers as power/ground planes are widely used. Though, the stripline structure emits strong EM radiation as parallel plane resonator when high frequency current leaked to the planes. In this paper, in order to establish basic methods for suppressing and controlling resonance modes, the radiated emission from stripline structure with periodical slots in power plane is investigated by experiment and FDTD modeling. First, the isolation characteristics (S21) are discussed as power/ground plane structure. It was confirmed that the shift of the resonance frequencies are possible as a resonance of parallel plate. Then, far-electric field measurements were performed by the 3m method. It was demonstrated that the resonant-modes are changed by the periodical slots in power plane and also the methods controlling an EM radiation from the stripline structure can be possible. | |
