Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In the field of disaster and emergency management, it is required to reduce the number of damage and accident by collecting detail information quickly and informing it to the residents and relevant organizations through the communication infrastructure. In this report, we present satellite communication system mounted in helicopter which can directly transmit the information to the ground station through satellite. This system enables quick transmission from the area isolated due to disaster and is expected as the next generation system.
