Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Currently to implement small size and low power consumption Software-Defined Radio (SDR), Direct Sampling Mixers (DSM) which employ discrete-time RF signal processing at a receiver are well studied.
However, many of them assume that Transconductance Amplifier (TA) is ideal, the circuit characteristic such as gain is effected due to this parasitic element and nonlinear.Additionally, DSM is periodic time-variant system which has frequency conversion and so circuit analysis with numerical simulator is very complex. In this paper, to evaluate the circuit characteristic of DSM with incomplete TA, we present the analysis method using Fundamental-matrix theory and Volterra Series Expansion.
