A design method of Spacecraft system health management

(in English) System Health Management (SHM) becomes a basic function with the increasing complexity of spacecraft system. SHM design is a very difficult and time-consuming process because it is related to the whole spacecraft system. In this paper a method called FFF is present to solve the problem. FFF, including six symbols of function-fault module, function-fault flow, fault-tolerant module, redundancy module, switch module and test point, can be applied to modeling function dependence, fault influence, fault propagation, fault blocking and function switch among system components. So fault-mode, testability, reliability, security, robust and recoverability analysis and design can be done effectively on the same FFF model to ensure the design of SHM.
