THz property of organic molecular conductor TTF-TCNQ

(in English) Organic molecular conductors have a characteristic of high electric conductivity as much as metals. The electric conductivity is considered due to intermolecular interactions. In this study TTF-TCNQ crystals are grown with 10mm length. THz spectra of the crystals reveal the different feature with the crystal growth condition. The THz spectroscopic characterization is investigated on the crystal structure as well as electric conductivity.
